Bailee Strait is a Senior at Rogers High School where she is ranked 5th in the Top Ten of her class with a GPA of 4.3.
She has been awarded numerous scholarships and will be attending the University of Alabama in the Fall. Roll Tide!
She is a member of both the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society. Bailee was named Lauderdale County Schools Career & Technical “Student of the Month” for August 2019 and “Most Intelligent” in her Senior class. She has been a member of the RHS Dance Line in the Buccaneers in Blue Marching Band for 4 years where she served as Co-Captain- Sophomore year and Captain her Senior year. Bailee is a member of Key Club, History Club, & Spanish Club. She has also been in FBLA Club for 4 years where she has served as an officer for 3 years and as President her Senior year. She’s a 3-time State finalist at FBLA State Conference and traveled to compete at Nationals each year and hoping to be able to compete this year after it’s rescheduled. Bailee has volunteered in numerous projects in Key Club and Lads to Leaders in volunteer programs at her church & school with 200+ hours of community service. Bailee keeps God first in her life and loves helping others. She competed in the Distinguished Young Women Scholarship program for Lauderdale County in the Summer of 2019 where she was awarded the Scholastic winner as well as the Essay winner.
During this time of quarantine, she has continued her Dual Enrollment class online and spent time with her family and found ways to talk with friends.
