2020 Senior Spotlight - Lexi Deaton

Lexi plans to get a degree in cosmetology from NWSCC.

She was selected for a part-time job as a shampoo assistant at a local salon, where she had been working after school and on weekends getting great practice for her future.

Lexi has twirled as a Rogers majorette the last four years. She was accepted in the National Honor Society as well as the Trade National Honor Society. She has taken cosmetology the last two years at Allen Thornton, where she was awarded "Most Promising Student". She's a straight-A student, and she was also voted as "Best Smile". Lexi loves the Lord, and she shines brightly everywhere she goes!

Since the quarantine, Lexi has been continuing her dual enrollment class and spending time with family. She even painted her brother's room and cut both of our hair! She enjoys Marco Poloing her friends during this time apart.
