We know this is our first year working with you, and not everyone was aware of just how fantastic the sports portraits would turn out. Or how much you and your families would cherish them! To give you one more opportunity to capture these memories, we’re excited to offer a Second-Chance Package. While this special offer isn’t quite the same as our original prepay packages, it still provides excellent value (better than our advertised $35 per image price).

📸 Package Options (per athlete):

• 1 Sport Bundle – 5–8 images – $70

• 2 Sport Bundle – 9–15 images – $110

• 3 Sport Bundle – 16–22 images – $140

• 4 Sport Bundle – 23–36 images – $180

How to Order:

Step 1: Sign in to the gallery with one email → “Favorite” your images.
Step 2: Email info@butlerstudio.net (from the same email) with your bundle choice + confirmation that your favorites are complete. We’ll send your invoice, and your digital files will be delivered within 2 business days of payment.

IMPORTANT

Spring sport athletes: If your athlete plays a spring sport, some images may not be included yet. This is because they’ll be photographed in their new jerseys/uniforms later in the season.

We’re excited to offer three backgrounds to showcase your athlete on media day.

• Blue: Ideal for dramatic posed shots.
• White: Perfect for action shots.
• Black with Lights: Designed for high-energy shots.

Every athlete will be photographed on all three backgrounds, and you’ll receive an online gallery to view the images—even if you don’t prepay!

Prepaying is the best way to get the most value from media day! Instead of paying $35 per image from the proof gallery, you can lock in all of your athlete's images for one low price:

• 1 Sport Athlete: $60 (9+ images)
• 2 Sport Athlete: $100 (18+ images)

• 4 Sport Athlete: $160 (36+ images)

Sibling Photos
Sibling photos are free when you purchase a package for each child in that uniform. Otherwise, they’re available for $30 each (photographed on the white background by request).

Group Composites will be available to purchase a few weeks AFTER Media Day. There is not a prepay option for these.

Preordering is the quickest and most cost-effective choice.

However, if you didn't preorder, don't worry! A proof gallery will be sent to the athlete's contact email 3-4 weeks after picture day. Please note, proof orders can only be placed online and will not include the preorder discount.
