📸 Picture Day Details for May 6th

We’re excited to photograph your athlete on Wednesday, May 6th! Please review the details below to help the day run smoothly.

📅 Schedule:

6u - 4:00-5:00pm
8u - 5:00-5:30pm
10u - 5:30-6:00pm
12u - 6:00-6:30pm

⏱️ You may come any time during your team's time slot. Photos take about 5 minutes per athlete, and they are free to leave as soon as they’re done.

📍Location:

Butler Studio located at 4512 County Road 61, Florence, AL 35634

📣 What to Wear and Bring:

Come dressed as you would for a game (cleats not needed)
We will provide a softball, but feel free to bring your team’s game ball if you have a special one
Please bring your glove and bat

📸Team Digital Package Price:

6u, 8u, & 10u - $26 per athlete

Includes:

✔️ Digital team composite

✔️ At least 1 individual digital photo of each athlete with printing rights

✔️ Online gallery with optional print ordering

✔️ PNG cutouts of each athlete for team to use on social media graphics

12u - $20 per athlete

Includes:

✔️ At least 1 individual digital photo of each athlete with printing rights

✔️ Online gallery with optional print ordering

✔️ PNG cutouts of each athlete for team to use on social media graphics
