📸 Picture Day Details for May 14th

We’re excited to photograph your athlete on Thursday, May 14th! Please review the details below to help the day run smoothly.

📅 Schedule:

• 12u- 4:00-4:30pm
• 6u - 4:30-5:30pm
• 8u - 5:30-6:00pm
• 10u - 6:00-6:30pm

⏱️ You may come any time during your team's time slot. Photos take about 5 minutes per athlete, and they are free to leave as soon as they’re done. 

📍Location:

Butler Studio located at 4512 County Road 61, Florence, AL 35634

📣 What to Wear and Bring:

• Come dressed as you would for a game (cleats not needed)
• We will provide a softball, but feel free to bring your team’s game ball if you have a special one
• Please bring your glove and bat

📸Team Digital Package Price:

6u, 8u, & 10u - $26 per athlete

Includes:

✔️ Digital team composite

✔️ At least 1 individual digital photo of each athlete with printing rights

✔️ Online gallery with optional print ordering

✔️ PNG cutouts of each athlete for team to use on social media graphics

12u - $20 per athlete

Includes:

✔️ At least 1 individual digital photo of each athlete with printing rights

✔️ Online gallery with optional print ordering

✔️ PNG cutouts of each athlete for team to use on social media graphics

Remake day is Wednesday, May 20th.

This is for anyone who absolutely cannot come to original picture day. We will be set up from 12:00-6:00pm. You may come anytime.
