Q: My friends have already received their digital files. I purchased one too, but I haven’t received mine yet. Did I miss something?

A: Most likely, no. If you placed your order using an envelope (cash or check), your order will be delivered to you in the same manner, along with a physical print for you to scan and download. Your friends might have placed their orders online. In such cases, our lab links their email address to the order, enabling them to receive a link even before the packages are printed.
