If you have any issues with your package, whether there is a mistake or if your order is missing, please fill out this form and submit it to us within 2 weeks of your school's delivery date. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, we cannot guarantee that orders will be replaced. We collect all the reported issues and correct them all at once. If we have any questions about your form, we will contact you directly.

New packages for approved reprints will be delivered in approximately 6-8 weeks.
