Have an issue with your order?

If your package is missing, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please submit this form within 2 weeks of your school’s delivery date. After this time, we cannot guarantee that an order can be replaced.

We collect reported order issues and process approved reprints together. New packages for approved reprints will be delivered in approximately 6–8 weeks.

If we need any additional information regarding your submission, we will contact you directly.
