2020 Senior Spotlight - Sydney Borden

Sydney plans to attend Bevill State Community College this fall on a softball scholarship. 

After that, she wants to transfer to UNA and major in Elementary Education.

She has been a 4-year starter for her high school softball team as a shortstop/pitcher and has played travel ball since the age of 9. She was on the Times Daily and Franklin County all-area team her Sophomore and Junior years. Her team advanced to the state tournament the past two years and ended last year 4th in the state in Class 1A. She also finished in the top 10 of her class academically.

She has been working on her cooking skills during this quarantine.
