Scott Butler Photography Class

Scott is planning new photography classes for February (Yay!) I need to know what classes everyone is interested in taking.

Do you want...

Introduction to photography:

Learning how to use your camera, basics of camera settings, understanding aperture, iso, and shutter speed, and how they work together to create correct exposure. You have a camera, and you know how to use it on auto, and you are ready for more.

Intermediate photography:

You know how to use your camera settings but you want to know how to use it to vamp up your images.  Posing, indoor and outdoor lighting. How  to "create" a portait, instead of "taking" a picture.

Advanced photography:

Learn to master your photography by the Master. Scott has been the Master Photographer of the year for PPMA (Profesional Photographers of Mississippi and Alabama) for 2 years in a row! If you are a good photographer but you want to start the path to becoming a master photographer, this class would be for you. Hands on training, plus, let Scott critique your work.  Let him show you how to improve every aspect of your photography.

Photoshop:

Beginner or Intermediate

Amateur Photography:

If you don't want to be a master photographer, you just want to learn some tricks to improve your amateur skills for your family snap shots, or pictures of your friends. This class would be for you.

Model class:

How to be photogenic, look good in all your pictures. Learn how to pose yourself, put youself in the best lighting and always look like the super model in your group.

Anything else you would like to learn?

Comment what class you would be interested in. Also let us know if you would like larger classes with smaller fees or smaller classes with larger fees.

We also do shadow training. Shadow Scott for a day or a week or more. If you want to be a professional photographer, why not learn from the best? Let us know if that is something you would like to do.

Pamela Overton - I have been doing photography for quite some time. I have some great shots (I think). I have an eye for capturing great moments. I just got a new canon DSLR and am not sure of all the functions. I would like to get to know my camera better and get to making money one day.
