Go to your school's page on our website and select the appropriate picture day/gallery. Enter your student's access code when prompted.

For most schools, the access code is the student's Student ID number.

• You are viewing the correct school and picture day.
• You entered the Student ID exactly as provided by the school or proof.
• You did not accidentally enter a lunch number, state ID, or another number associated with your student.
• The gallery has been released. Photos are not available immediately after picture day.

NO, you do not have to preorder. However, preorder is the cheapest and fastest option. We have a 20% prepay discount and you can choose your background for Fall & Spring Portraits.

Yes! For most picture days, students who were photographed will receive a physical proof at school approximately 3–4 weeks after picture day. You can then view and order your student's photos online.

Please note that preorder pricing is only available during the preorder period.

Our preorder period includes a 20% discount as an incentive for ordering before viewing the finished portrait.

Once the preorder period ends, all orders are placed at our regular proof pricing. We are unable to apply expired preorder discounts to later orders.

School picture galleries are not available immediately after picture day.

For most events, proofs and gallery information are delivered approximately 3–4 weeks after picture day.

If you ordered using a paper envelope with cash or check, your digital file information will be delivered with your physical order.

If you ordered online, your email address is connected directly to your order, which may allow your digital file to be delivered sooner.

Because of this, families who order online may receive their digital files before families who order using an envelope.

If you ordered online: Your digital image/download information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order, typically within 10 days after picture day. You will also receive a physical proof with a QR code delivered to the school.

If you ordered using a paper envelope: Your digital image information will be included with your physical order when it is delivered to the school.

Yes! Purchased digital files include permission for personal printing and sharing. You may print your image through the lab of your choice.

For the best print quality, we recommend downloading the original high-resolution file rather than using a screenshot or saved social-media image.

If you preordered, your package will be delivered to the school in 3-4 weeks after picture day. If you ordered from the proof, it will be delivered to the address you provided within 14 business days. 

If you prepaid, these packages will be ordered in bulk and delivered to the school a few weeks after picture day. 

If you ordered online from the proof, it will be delivered to the shipping address you provided.

We want you to love your child's portrait!

For Fall Portraits, a scheduled remake day will be available. Your child may be rephotographed, and if you already purchased a package, we will reprint the order using the new portrait at no additional charge. You must return your package on remake day for a reprint. Please fill out our remake request form here.

If a remake day is not available for your event, please contact us so we can discuss available options.

No need to contact us! We have a list of students who were absent on the original picture day, and those students will be photographed on the scheduled remake day.

The school will also notify us of any new students who enrolled after the original picture day. You may fill out our remake request form here.

Please check your school's page for the date and details of their scheduled remake day.

Yes! If you would like your child to be rephotographed on the scheduled remake day, please return the original photo package to the school.

We would also love for you to include a short note letting us know what you would like corrected or what you did not love about the original photo. This helps our photographers know what to look for when taking the new picture. Please fill out our remake request form here.

Once your child is rephotographed, we will reprint your original order using the new image at no additional charge. Your original package must be returned on remake day for a reprint.

No worries! If you placed a preorder but your child was unexpectedly absent on picture day, we have kept your order on file. Your preorder will automatically be applied to your child’s photo taken on remake day.
